SmartPalett-X palletizing robots automatically stack finished boxes, bags, and drums onto pallets at the end of the production line. They work continuously, one robot can serve two pallets at once, and it can be easily switched to another product.

Laser-scanner safety system, so the cobot can work in a shared space with the operator, without fencing.

Instead of the usual 20–30 kg, 50 kg payload, 2000 mm reach, up to 2400 mm palletizing height.
Accurate and compact
±0.2 mm repeat accuracy, 10–15 cycles/min, basic vacuum gripper and 1200 mm pick-up conveyor.
SMARTCobot MAX resolves the old conflict between flexible and heavy-duty automation: it palletizes even where people and machines share the same space. Thanks to its laser-scanner safety, no fencing is needed, yet it handles 50 kg — well above the usual cobot limit. Ideal for frequently changing, flexible production lines.

SMARTPallet MEDIUM is the versatile mid-range of the series: 70 kg payload at a high 10–15 cycles/min rate, with a safety fence enclosure in a classic industrial layout. It belongs where stable, high-throughput palletizing is needed — for boxes, bags, and wrapped packs.

SMARTPallet ECO is the entry model in the range: it delivers the same 70 kg payload and ±0.2 mm accuracy, in the most cost-effective build. The 7–9 cycles/min rate is ideal for medium-throughput line ends, where ROI is the key factor — for boxes, bags, wrapped packs.
Delivery and installation time: About 12-16 weeks.
The basic warranty is 12 months, which can be extended to 24-36 months for an additional fee.
